During his time on Earth, he discovered his love for video games and otaku hobbies and now asks temple assistants to bring him the latest technology, from consoles to VR helmets. Of course, there is always chaos because it is much easier said than done.
Why Is Otaku Elf Worth Any Manga Fan’s Time?

Elda is also hilariously written and supremely engaging. Their love of technology combined with their inability to grasp some details of modern life makes them fascinating. Plus, this duo offers lots of fun opportunities for pranks.
There is also an interesting world-building in the manga. Contrary to similar series, locals know and worship Elda and her closed nature – although they assume she is more of a god than an Elf. This gives Elda a unique dynamic with the town, opening up even more opportunities for comedy as nature and the town’s expectations clash. Both the main characters and the surrounding town are well developed; this allows the series to dive into more emotional topics without feeling out of place, which means there are a few rough moments in the story.
Otaku Elf A beautifully crafted fantasy comedy that manga fans will love. It adds a playful twist to the usual setup and uses it to tell a unique story with lots of funny moments.
